Tendercare Health Center Leelanau is a leading provider of long-term skilled nursing care and short-term rehabilitation solutions. Our 72 bed facility offers a full continuum of services and care focused around each individual in today’s ever-changing healthcare environment. 

Tendercare Health Center Leelanau is designed with four residential neighborhoods containing a total of 56 single suites and eight double-occupancy suites. Our facility is Medicare and Medicaid certified.
