Professional Care Rehabilitation Center is a leading provider of long-term skilled nursing care and short-term rehabilitation solutions. Our 53 bed facility offers a full continuum of services and care focused around each individual in today’s ever-changing healthcare environment. 

Professional Care Rehabilitation Center has been serving Dubois, Warrick, Spencer and Perry Counties since 1969. We are located in a residential, rural area surrounded by countryside. One mile south of Interstate 64, our facility is near churches, within six miles of a park and is serviced by Memorial Hospital. Our facility is Medicare and Medicaid certified.
