Parkview Nursing Center is a leading provider of long-term skilled nursing care and short-term rehabilitation solutions. Our 87 bed facility offers a full continuum of services and care focused around each individual in today’s ever-changing healthcare environment. 

Parkview Nursing Center has been serving Delaware, Madison, Henry Grant, Blackford and Wayne Counties since 1965. We are adjacent to Ball State University, across the street form White River and the Westside Park. Ball Memorial Hospital is within one half mile of Parkview Nursing Center. Our facility is Medicare and Medicaid certified.
