Oak Hill Nursing & Rehabilitation Center has been serving Westmoreland County since 1968. We are located off of Route 30 in the Hempfield Township between Westmoreland Regional Hospital and Latrobe Area Hospital. Several shopping centers and a park are just minutes away. Our facility is Medicare and Medicaid certified.
