Glenbrook Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center has been serving Allen, Noble, DeKalb, Adams, Wells and Huntington Counties since 1965. We are located across from the Johnny Appleseed Park, War Memorial Coliseum and within one mile of Glenbrook Shopping Mall. Parkview Medical Center and St. Joseph's Medical Center are only three miles from us. Our facility is Medicare and Medicaid certified.
