Applegate Reflections is a Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) and is the ideal place for an individual living with memory impairments. Our eight bed center is located within Applegate Terrace and is made to feel like home to our residents. Professional nursing staff, trained in the special care needed by the memory impaired, is always on hand. We provide all the care needed, including meals, activities, and companionship, so our residents feel safe, secure, and at home. Our facility is equipped with a security system to maintain the safety of our residents. Living with Alzheimer's or dementia can be difficult. At Applegate Reflections, we try to make it easier.
